I have created a little grounding imagery exercise in this video below. I’ve had friends reach out to me for interventions that can help soothe them during this high time of anxiety. I will continue to post some videos of guided meditations that can help you. I often encourage my clients to practice these every day to help soothe their nervous systems.
I was inspired to do another impromptu breathing exercise while walking my dog today! (She must be good inspiration! 😆🐾). I hope you enjoy these breathing exercises and that they help you unwind from your day or give you a relaxation tool while you’re out during the day. I often use these tools myself to get my own heart rate down!
